Steve led the recruitment for my latest role with Ethixbase 360 and managed to strike a rare and positive balance between acting in the interests of both the employer and the candidate. It was not a straightforward role to recruit for due to the multifaceted and diverse nature of the responsibilities, and it was initially difficult for me to determine if it was a role I wanted to pursue. Steve invested extra time to work with the employer to obtain the clarity I needed to assess the role and was equally generous with his time when it came to talking it through with me. This willingness to invest time in the candidate is not something that in my experience is typical of the recruitment industry, but Steve’s thorough and professional approach was both reassuring and welcome.
